如今佔據我們時間與注意力的資訊與知識來源,十有八九都來自網路與社群媒體,但我有時反而特別珍惜紙本媒體與實體書籍。科技進步與時代更迭改變了人的閱聽模式,但「古舊」或「傳統」,真的只有消失一途嗎?
從三月開始肆虐全球的新冠肺炎,至今在法國仍是現在進行式,第二波疫情早已來勢洶洶。法國高級餐飲業受到毀滅性的打擊,但對曾歷經兩月封城的法國人來說,仍然有許多事物,即使生活再艱困也不會改變,譬如對甜點的愛。
從八月開始,我會以每月一次的頻率,和大家在報紙上見面。甜蜜的慰藉,想來是不分媒體種類的吧 ☺️

There has been lots of discussion on "whether the pandemic would change forever the restaurant and food industry" since the very beginning of the outbreak. In France, economic activities in hotel and restaurant industry shrunk 56% during the 2nd quarter of the year. In the mean time, 87.3% of employees of the industry have applied for partial unemployment aid. While the restaurants suffered, what about the pastry shops and bakeries?
